Online Store Terms & Contract Formation

You agree that all purchases made through the Site constitute offers to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason prior to dispatch.
If there is a pricing error or suspected fraud, we may cancel your order at any time before shipment without liability.
AGE AND GOVERNING LAW

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY AND RISK CONTROLS
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), we reserve the right to:
- Verify your contact and delivery information prior to dispatch;
- Request partial prepayment to secure the order;
- Limit the number of COD orders per customer or address;
- Make up to two delivery attempts;
- Blacklist customers suspected of placing fraudulent or fake COD orders, which may result in refusal of service.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services (“Force Majeure Event”). In such cases, we may delay, suspend, or cancel orders without liability.
PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND PROMOTIONS
Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing or promotional errors), we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders. LIABILITY LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS
