Order Processing
We strive to ensure your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number.
It is our priority to dispatch your order swiftly. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).
In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call, SMS, or email to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Shipping Fee: We offer a flat standard shipping rate of PKR 250 on all orders across Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.
- Courier Partners: For nationwide delivery, we partner with multiple registered courier services, including TCS, M&P, Call Courier, Trax, and others to ensure reliable and prompt delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The projected delivery time for all orders within Pakistan is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer standard international shipping through our website checkout. However, if you are interested in placing an order for international delivery, please contact us at info@zeeskincare.com with your desired products and full shipping address. Our team will respond with a shipping cost quote based on your destination and package weight.
Please be aware that for international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Important Delivery Information
- Shipping Address: Your parcel will only be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.
- Receiving Your Order: A signature may be required upon receipt of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please ensure an alternative person (e.g., family member, colleague) is available. ZeeSkin Care will not be held responsible for products signed for by an alternative person.
- Shipping Restrictions: Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or a Pakistan national holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Invoice: As required by law, a copy of the invoice will be included with your package.
Order Delays or Issues
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. Our team will investigate the issue promptly and provide you with an update.
Advance Payment & Refused Deliveries
- Advance Payment: For orders with a total value exceeding PKR 25,000, a partial or full advance payment may be required. Our customer service team will contact you with payment details after you place your order. The order will be dispatched once payment confirmation is received.
- Refused Deliveries: Customers who have previously refused to accept a delivery may be required to pay in advance for future orders.
Pre-Dispatch Confirmation
To protect against fraudulent orders:
- COD Verification: All COD orders require OTP/IVR confirmation.
- Auto-Cancellation: Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled within 12 hours.
- Address Validation: We may request a Google Maps pin or landmark to verify the delivery address.
Re-attempt & RTS Policy
- Delivery Attempts: We allow 1โ2 delivery attempts within 3 business days.
- Unreachable/Refused Orders: If the customer is unreachable or refuses the order, it will be returned.
- Repeated Refusals: For repeated refusals, your account/address may be blacklisted, and COD will be disabled.
RTS/Refusal Cost Recovery
To recover costs:
- Refused Orders: If you refuse an order (non-defective), we may charge PKR 250โ600 to cover two-way courier and handling costs on your next order, or we may require prepayment.
Tamper-Evident Seal & Open-Box Scope
- Inspection: Inspect the outer carton and tamper-evident seal without opening the primary product packaging.
- Broken Seal or Damaged Carton: If the seal is broken or the carton is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
- Opening Packaging: Once the primary packaging is opened, the item is considered used and non-returnable (refer to our Return Policy).
Risk Transfer
- Title & Risk: Title and risk pass on delivery to your address (or to the person who signs/OTP confirms at that address).
Delivery SLA & Exceptions
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 3โ5 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
- Exceptions: Delays caused by couriers, weather, or regulatory checks are outside our control.
